A natural-born artist, KT’s journey into design began in the world of acting and singing before she and her husband moved to Colorado in 2000. Since then, they’ve built and designed homes together, cultivating KT’s signature aesthetic—one that blends timeless elegance with a warm, modern sensibility.

KT’s work is highly influenced by the casual approach to life that is distinctly Coloradoan, as well as the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape. Merging her warm, modern style with her inherent love of antiques and European aesthetics, KT has cultivated a unique point of view that juxtaposes clean lines and balance with the patina and imperfections that come with living well.

With years of experience in new construction, KT has developed a deep understanding of the design-build process. She’s crafted a thoughtful, organized approach that brings her clients' visions to life through seamless collaboration with architects, builders, landscape designers, and craftsmen. This holistic approach ensures every detail is perfectly aligned, from the foundation to the final flourish.

KT and her family live in Timnath, Colorado, where she puts into practice the principles she designs for others—a home that is beautiful, practical, and perfectly suited for everyday living and entertaining. For KT, a home is more than just a space— it’s a place where memories are made, where life happens, and where family and friends gather to retreat, relax, and connect.
