KT Marshall is an interior designer based in Northern Colorado.

An artist at heart, KT began her career as an actress and singer before moving to Colorado in 2000. Since that time, she and her husband have built and designed homes non-stop. In the process, KT has honed her home design talents and developed her signature fresh and timeless look.  

As an experienced designer in new construction, KT has developed a rich knowledge of the design-build process. She has created an exclusive and organized system to turn her client’s dream into reality through a collaboration with architects, builders, landscape designers, and craftsmen.  

KT lives in Timnath, Colorado with her husband and four children. She puts into practice for others what she creates for her own family; a home that is both beautiful and practical for everyday living and entertaining, a place to retreat and make memories with family and friends.
