I specialize in ground-up design, and am involved in the design-build process from concept to completion, framing to furniture installation. My experience and knowledge of the design-build process enables me to work seamlessly with all trades, transforming a house into a home.

Comprehensive Design is perfect for someone who wants help with the thousand-and-one decisions involved in a new build or remodel! From start to finish, I work with you to coordinate and implement your custom home design and ensure that the process is as seamless, cost-effective, and stress-free as possible. Together we design your home from the ground up.

Includes:

  • Initial home consultation

  • Design Capsule: a cohesive vision for your home with images to solidify and communicate that vision to your builder and craftsman. The Design Capsule contains inspiration images for areas including, but not limited to, interior and exterior color palette, flooring, countertops, cabinetry, millwork, paint colors, lighting and architectural detailing.

  • Meetings with builders and contractors

  • Floorplan Review

  • Walk-throughs

  • Design plans for individual rooms

  • Finish selections

HOME DESIGN   

Home Design is perfect for the client that doesn’t need a remodel but wants to love their home again! I walk through your home and help you pull your home together to really make it sing. Whether you need advice on selecting a new paint color, new furnishings, flooring, millwork or lighting, I will create a custom design for your home and budget.
